Stone Fabrication in Michigan

All of you guys know so much more than I do. Our shop is struggling and (http://maplered.com) i can't figure out why. I believe we have too much over head. I'm just the Executive Assistant of the company. I make all the job folders for the guys at the shop, I order the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) and (http://maplered.com) basically just run the office. There is never a dull moment. When starting a fabrication shop. How should it be done? We have this really beautiful showroom that cost a pretty penny to get to look the way it does. Our fabrication shop is about a mile away and (http://maplered.com) the shop is also in a building with a welding business. We have 4 fabricators, 1 general labor guy, one salesman, and (http://maplered.com) our Vice President... and (http://maplered.com) me. We can do about 2 to 3 kitchens a week. Others within my company believe we can do 5 kitchens without a problem. I see other wise. I'm not being pesimistic.... just real. We now have a bridge saw ( Sierra ) just got it in Oct of 2006. tools like grinders, polishers and (http://maplered.com) ect.

Any input would be great!
